Optical Plus orders are processed same day and prescriptions are made next day. Shipping process is facilitated through Canada Post and typically takes 10-15 business days to arrive at your door.

Optical Plus respects your privacy and will at all times seek to comply with privacy laws. This privacy policy covers the site The personal information we collect about our users shall be carefully and adequately processed, and will not be disclosed, rented or sold to third parties other than described. We collect information to be able to process your order and to offer you our newsletter and special deals when it is time to refill your order (this will include your name, e-mail, postal addresses, credit card information and details of any prescription supplied to you by your optician or medical practitioner). You will need to give your consent before any processing takes place and your personal data will only be used for the purposes stated in these terms and conditions and or at the point of collection. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of personal data protection and will not collect information about you without your consent.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of Optical Plus frames policy (Frames from only $5.95) we do not provide returns on frames for any reason. If your prescription are incorrect or malfunctioning simply fill out the form here and Optical Plus will mail you a Canada Post return package to place your products in and return to us. If the error is ours we will provide a new pair at no cost to you. Contact Lens orders are non-refundable. Incorrect prescriptions due to human input error during the prescription input process are not eligible for return. You are responsible for providing correct prescription.
Orders can be taken through the website via Credit Card (Visa, American Express, Mastercard). Orders can be held in your shopping cart tied to your account until you are ready to finalize and pay for the order. Once you have filled out your prescription that is held with the order you’ve made. If you need to change the prescription you must re-order the package and delete the existing one.
Optical Plus cannot produce lenses for customer supplied frames.  Please browse our selection to find a pair that is right for you.
